There are some rules for requesting, so please follow them. Besides, I'm doing this for free and you won't lose a thing ;)
1.) I only accept general layouts or those that anyone can use. I don't make personal layouts with your picture/name unless you're some celebrity that I know of.
2.) Please give a valid email and Friendster/MySpace URL. I will send the codes for your layout there.
3.) You are not allowed to change anything in the layout. Just tell me and I'll change it for free.

That's all. There's nothing to lose, ayt? So just make sure that you fill in the form carefully. All finished layouts will also be featured here but only after 2+ days so that the requester will have a little time to be the one-and-only user ;)
