:shopping: I think the best part about owning an online shop is that I could go around shopping under the guise of “market research.” Since my mom and I only sell things that we like — as in we do not include items just for the sake of selling them — we also only source for things that we want. We usually take two trips to our suppliers, the first trip is strictly for settling what we’d like to include in our online shop, and on the second trip we pick out the ones that we’d want for ourselves as well. I wouldn’t go as far as saying that my satisfaction over a trip is determined solely on what I end up buying at the end of it, but I’d be honest and say that it does have a part in the equation

For some reason I almost always get more accessories every time I go shopping :lipseal: I own so much now that I couldn’t fit them all in one drawer! That doesn’t stop me from getting even more stuff though :h5:

The accessories photographed in this post will most likely appear in Spotted Awesome sooner or later~ :kisskiss: However, the clothes would not be available for purchase :g1:

The Last Days and The Flight I Almost Missed (Again)

No visit to my hometown would be complete until I visited my ancestral home. It feels so small now compared to how huge it felt back when my family had to live there back in ’07 through ’10 because of familial and financial reasons. The dog in this photo is Sanchay (I have no idea how to spell it) and she’s been a part of the household ever since I was still a little girl. She was named after the lead character in Meteor Garden, a show that I have never watched and I have no plans of watching either. (However, a few months ago I read up on the manga, Hana Yori Dango.)

My family left behind a whole bunch of things here, including my parents’ wedding photo. I have no idea why they didn’t bring this over to our current house, but I’m sure my ‘rents have a legit reason. I swear my parents are the OTP of all OTPs. I actually managed to ask my dad a little bit about how their relationship progressed, and I had to contain my fan girl squeals because he remembered the month and year of when they met! If he remembered the exact date, it would have been too much like some cheesy novel, right? Either way, I take what I can get. ;) Their story is the reason why I feel like I’m probably going to be single for a long long time. It just sets the bar way too high. :h7:

The Flight Home

My mom and I booked different flights to Manila, so I’m currently waiting for her in the airport. However, this post is about my memorable experience last week, when I was en route to my hometown from Singapore. Although it was disappointing that I wasn’t able to make it home on time, I want to recognize the efforts of the people that helped me last October 24th! read more »

A Glimpse of the Lion City

I drew the above photo a few days ago to “commemorate” the start of my life in Singapore. If you’ve read my old posts, you’d know by now that I’d be taking up Visual Communication in Singapore, and that I’d be living there alone.

I’ll be leaving the country for good on July 13, and it’s so close already! In the night time I find myself touching walls and taking in the environment because I know I won’t be able to come back home in a while, and that when I do come home it won’t feel the same way anymore. :supersob: It’s a very emotional experience. Sometimes it feels like I’ve already left but in reality I’m still here. I confuse myself too, so don’t worry if you didn’t get what I just said! :g6:

HK, Macau, and a friend’s birthday

Before anything, I’d like to greet my kabarkada, good friend and boyfriend (she’s a girl by the way!~) all in one, Reeya Moreno! You can follow her on tumblr here :xo_8:

I don’t know if you guys knew about this, but I was in Macau and Hong Kong a few days ago! First we plopped by Macau, which is a really great place. It’s like you could do everything in the hotels — you could eat, dine, shop, stay (sleep) and gamble all in the same place! >:3
